The Study Push
THE
STUDY PUSH
A
lot of reasons can be given for studying but very few people are committed to
studying. If there were any other way to get things done without studying,
majority of the human race would opt for it. The only reason why it seems like everyone
studies at some point or the other is the inevitability of studying. There is
no escape route, we all must study. A lot of factors give studying its
inevitability and they can be termed study’s push factors. The study push gives
meaning to the necessary and mandatory nature of studying. It calls to bear all
the arsenals in the world of studying that makes it impossible to escape from
it. The study push is reminiscent of a lot of friendly and not too friendly
terms that is associated with the word, push. Plenty of the time and effort
expended in studying is the result of study’s push and relentless demands. The
study push may not be too friendly and sweet but it is the one push that sends
the world into the spiral of unprecedented change being experienced in all
aspects of life today. The push is real and relentless. It continues to drive
mankind hard and strong into worlds without limits.
Pressure
is one of the many study push factors. The demands of higher powers in
government, organizations and other settings, push many to study with the hope
of delivering results that would assuage the hunger and thirst of the powers
that be. Many aspects of daily living prompt us to carry out impromptu studying,
out of urgent necessity and compulsion. Meeting deadlines and delivering things
on time create the atmosphere that fosters studying even when it is not planned
for. To keep some valuable things and prevent them from being taken away or
moved can put the pressure to study on the high side. The mere expectations of colleagues
and associates alike can stoke the flame of the pressure to study so that
disappointment and awkward moments can be avoided. The study push factor of
pressure combines several environmental and goal-oriented stimulants to ensure
that studying is done.
The
hope of being rewarded is a very potent study push factor. The tentacle of
persuasion as a push factor explores the more open part of the human psyche. It
seeks to draw us into a realm where we can visualize ourselves being
celebrated, respected and commended. Studying comes across as easy when there
are high points of recognition and commendations. The persuasive factor in
study’s push could be innate and completely based upon self-actualization.
Personal hopes and aspirations persuade many to commit themselves to intensive
studying. A gentle and polite request could also trigger the study process and
lead to a windfall of dedication to studying. The study push factor of
persuasion celebrates the malleable and flexible nature or emotional, physical
and conventional intelligence. It dangles a lot of goodies in the face and
entices with real and true rewards. The hope this push factor creates is so
strong and palpable, sending jolts of excitement through the being of the one
it has in its grips.
The
only way to overcome when forced into a corner is to fight and struggle.
Freedom most times comes with a fight and would only gift itself to the most
deserving. Many situations in life lend itself to helpless studying due to the
conspiring–like forces at play. Till date, there are numerous unknowns all
around that have forced the study process. The need to stop a pandemic disease
in its tracks or win a war could make even the most reluctant to study. The
pain of complete ignorance can also drive the study process. To make or create
order out of chaos is the main tool of engagement in the study push of force.
There is never a choice here. Study must be done to bring a ray of hope into a
seemingly hopeless quest. The fear of the unknown is as real as it comes; it
places the human mind in a position where it remains restless until it can come
to a position of compromise, by at the very least knowing something. The study push
of force makes the study process the only and most natural cause to
enlightenment, solution and freedom.
Plain
logic dictates the course of action in many situations. The most logical and
sensible decision would always deliver a positive result. It is plainly logical
to study for an examination. It is the right thing to study before going to
teach a class. It is correct to gather information through studying for a
speech that would be delivered to an eagerly waiting audience. The study push factor
of options mounts a siege on the human capacity to choose. It is a very efficient
push factor because there is only one answer to it – study. The automatic
result of any other decision apart from studying is at the least poor
performance and at the most crippling failure. The decision to study is made
almost constantly and without much thought or rumination. The acute knowledge
of the devastating result of taking lightly, study’s push factor of options is
compelling reason enough to sit down and study.
Expectation
is one of the noblest of study’s push factors. It expands its aura on feeding
the needs of others and adding value to the society. Its evidence is seen all
around – competition, inventions and innovations. The need to beat the
competition compels the study process to begin. The desire to meet a need in
the society usually makes studying necessary. The push factor of expectation
fuels the desire to change the world through studying. Bright ideas are usually
tried out first by studying all aspects of it abstractly and then in practice.
Expectation as a study push factor is a challenge and could also be a dare. It
throws the status quo out and brings in revolutions and game changers. This
push factor calls for deeper understanding and more knowledge that can be
garnered only through studying. Expectations are the reason for the billions
spent each year on research and development. It is the reason for the scrapping
of many products in favor of better and more attractive ones. In plain
language, the study push factor of expectation appeals very greatly to man’s
capacity to make the world he lives in a better place.
