Do not be a “Knowledge Miser”
Today, we all live in a very advanced world that was made possible by improvements on what has already been done and in some rare cases, outright genius!  An unshared knowledge cannot be improved and may probably die if its owner holds on to it selfishly. If you desire rapid and supersonic progress in life, share that special or general knowledge of yours with people who will appreciate it. This becomes even more of a responsibility, when you are exceptionally talented and gifted.

Knowledge ought to be shared. It is knowledge because it has an intrinsic value and could be applied. If you hold on to what you know tenaciously, it will begin to stink and cause you problems with people who wish to learn about what you know. If you know how to do anything very well, make serious effort to share what you know to the right audience. Do not keep your special knowledge to yourself. Seek all avenues to share your knowledge and help others who are struggling with what you can do very easily.

Organizations and governments need people with special skills and know-how to tackle some of the world’s most challenging problems. To achieve this, pools of skilled individuals are created to nip some of these problems in the bud. Thus, you cannot afford to be selfish with what you already know. You must strive to share your knowledge for the benefit of humankind.

It is also a fundamental truth that someone, will always be at the least, as knowledgeable and skillful as you are. It has to be that way; else, there cannot be any tangible move into the vast world of the unknown that remains largely unconquered. This should be a boost to cheer on the good work of sharing, willingly and generously, what you know with the right persons. The world has no place for the indispensable; it is absolutely pointless to be a “knowledge miser”.
