cause to practically apply what they have learnt. It is never enough to just
read, write and know. The world of today lay strong emphasis on what one is
capable of doing as opposed to what they could do. Practical and on the job training is one of the hallmarks of education at its sweetest best. A storm of
realistic learning must be stirred deep in the heart of education’s castle to
ensure that the world does not at any time experience the dearth of
professionals in any field of human endeavor.

quest to give its best, continuous training of teachers, professors and
lecturers is not an option. All vehicles of learning must have their engines
consistently, carefully and properly lubricated to encourage fluidity and

Education has come to the point in its history that all person, tribe and gender must have the most fundamental education without discrimination. The doors to education’s castle must be open to all and sundry without exceptions and preferences. The best in educational terms is one that gives of itself to all. At some levels, inclusiveness may insist on mandatory education for certain age groups. Mandatory education can be made to be given up to a certain level to enforce the global vision of inclusiveness that ensures that no one is left behind in the ever changing world we live in today. Education cannot boast of being at its best when it is tainted with the spots and grime of discrimination in all its shades and form.
